you consider shango a homer? :jbhmm:
He's like most of us: desperately wants something to believe in with this team.

Difference between him and most of us is we don't have a platform and an expectation to be a hype machine. He gets gassed off a lot of mediocre or average performances by our players all the time.

I wouldn't say he's a homer but an eternal optimist, which is surprising given how god awful this franchise has been to us for 20 years now. His enthusiasm keeps him from seeing how moribund this franchise is.

I bet if you asked him, he'd tell you he expects Sean Lee to play all 16 games this next season. He'd say he thinks Marinelli will work his magic and have us getting to the QB in the first 4 weeks. He'd say Church or Wilcox will step up and give us a good safety tandem with Jones back there.

Final draft grade C+

Round 3,4 helped propel the grade. Still confused on the TE that ain't played basketball.

If Smith comes back this can be a sold B draft

What's the big deal with Zeke and the #22. :yeshrug:

#22 belonged to a Hall of Fame wide receiver before Emmitt wore it. :yeshrug:
All time leading rusher, 3 rings, hell off the strength of that peformace against the Giants in the playoffs i wouldnt let nobody ever wear 22 again in Dallas :manny:

Bullet Bob Hayes completely changed the landscape of how football is played from the Wide Receiver position.

Before Bullet Bob Hayes, wide receivers lined up in the 3 point stance. :scust:

Emmitt also asked Bullet Bob Hayes to wear #22 as well. :yeshrug:

Bullet Bob Hayes was the 100m gold medalist in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. :wow:

:wow:

I had the pleasure to meet this Black excellence as a young boy.:wow:

Even Michael Irvin and Drew Pearson still recognize Bullet Bob Hayes as the Greatest receiver in Cowboys history.
