My issue is also with Hunter. It would be naive to think that he wasn't involved in the way the program, and the match, was booked.

WWE has never done a DVD about Booker and they didn't have anything to do with Booker's autobiography (which came out nearly a decade after the feud). If you've ever seen the footage of Booker after that match he was CLEARLY bothered by how it ended. Booker is a good solider though, plus there's the fact that WWE pays guys extremely well.

Dudes like MVP and Carlito talk about how much money they made working for Vince so I can only imagine how much money Booker made.
