Even though they are suing for $50 million, the true value of the lawsuit could be 10% aka 5 million. Add in lawyer fees that you pay regardless of the outcome and Shannon can be looking at $13+ million even if he is “innocent”.

So offer something that is lower than that to make this all go away.

Settlements aren’t an admission of guilt. They were fuking, there’s no denying that. So the value of the lawsuit isn’t 0%

Shannon could be 10000% innocent of the SA portion but the fact they were fuking makes the value of the lawsuit higher than zero.

Add in lawyer fees and $10 million is a discount for him strictly off the numbers
