His Dad used to be an NFL Owner. I dare you to google where Arthur Smith’s first Coaching gig was at. Then look at what the name of Stadium of Arthur’s first coaching job and try to see if you notice anything.
Then after that he goes to his homestate team and is the only coach to survive 3 or 4 coaching regime changes before becoming their OC

From everything I've heard so far, it's either going to be Aaron Glenn or Brian Flores

Nope.

After the Jets fired Salah, Kingsbury was a name that was thrown around quite a bit. I can tell you for a fact they were interested in him, yet they didn't even request for an interview.

That let's me know they inquired through back channels and found out he wasn't interested, therefore they didn't even waste their time asking for an interview
