"IT" was awesome. "IT" is just as good as the original.(if not better) the new Pennywise was great.(Still can't fukk with Tim Curry) He was more creepy compared to Tim, but I still prefer Tim Curry as Pennywise.

The new Pennywise was good in his own right, I loved the preformance in the fact the new guy made "IT" His own. He was a different interpretation of the character which is just as good as the original Pennywise but I still like the old one a lil better.

The interaction the kids had felt more realistic compared to the original. the kids did really good, especially the boy who played Eddie. He was funny, sarcastic, and pretty much stole the show from the rest of the kids.

overall I love this movie, although It didn't scare me, I loved to way Pennywise fukked with the kids. the psychological games He played with the kids we're more true to the book than the miniseries, but the miniseries scared me in some parts even when rewatching the original "IT" it still creeped Me out more then this new one.:manny:

Overall, I loved "IT" excellent movie other horror remakes will have to step their game up to complete with this one no excuses 9/10. :obama:

I think they made Pennywise look too menacing. It wouldve made more sense for Georgie to be comfortable with a friendly looking clown than a demon looking one. That's my only real problem with the movie

I saw this last Saturday and damn near every showing was packed all over city and Dallas is huge.

I would say the movie was a dark comedy. The jokes those kids were telling...:mjlol:

Pennywise looked menacing from the start. I loved the overall pace of the movie, it didn't feel like 2+hours. A lot of people were jumping, the only scene that kinda rattled me was the projector scene. Looking over the past few years off the top of my head, I know its more but the first Hangover, Get out, and now this all exceeded expectations and became huge hits.

I'm a big fan of the horror genre, and seeing the numbers for this movie are amazing. This was much better than the original movie in the 90s. I know some people who read the book felt some parts were not expanded upon or left out but even avid fans of the book agree this movie was great.

Apparently we're getting a one cut version after Part 2, switching between the periods like the book.
