Right.. It all makes sense too.. Show time was pushing for the fight.. I don't see why he would lie.. Arum will just continue to lie.
To save face. Showtime execs are not particularly happy with Espinoza.

How many fights of the year has Bob promoted?smartest thing you have said all year..........
I said Maidana should be a much bigger draw than Bradley...
You said why should he be a much bigger draw
I then posted why he should be a bigger draw.
you're trying way too hard.. Are you stupid or something?
Trying hard? Ive barely written any words, you've struggled to answer anything and got caught up in yourself. Maidana should be a bigger draw because he's suppose to be a substitute mexican? Yeah, great argument there!
I clearly said Maidana should've been the bigger draw coming off the KO win over AB as well
you really are stupid
Hey @Newzz your boy got KO'd by Maidana apparently. We're re-writting the history books with here. Next we'll hear how Pac KO'd JMM in the fourth fight
Tell me how many times Bradley headlined PPV and live televised shows? You're argument holds less weight, other than to try to make Pac look good and floyd look bad. You dont fool anyone here moron
I fukked up.. I dont even know why I put KO win..
His great performance against AB where he beat the shyt out of him for the majority of the fight is why I said he "SHOULD" be a bigger draw.. His win was more impressive than Bradleys win going into those fights.. Your argument of "he headlined ppv" holds no weight.. How am I trying to make Floyd look bad?? Im only pointing out that looking at the ppv number of both him and Pacquiao last fight, Pac should be getting a bigger cut than 35% back end.. Even though we all know the truth that Floyd wants to still keep 100%
watching @Black_Jesus make excuses to that ether in this thread is priceless
I always said top rank was the ones who been ducking this fight but damn espinoza blowing the spot with the ppv is the smoking gun
isnt that excuse convenient though? manny could have done more to make this fight especially when his contract was up with TR he deserves culpability as well.
Mayweather has since signed an exclusive contract to fight on Showtime pay per view while Manny remains devoted to HBO. This makes it a little harder to put the fight together due to the rival networks having to agree on how to split the enormous money the event would generate, but Arum feels the two networks are willing to work together to make the event happen and it’s now just up to the fighters to agree.
“Based on the willingness of both networks wanting to do a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight as I understand it from them, they have agreed on a format to do it. They have agreed at the highest level,” Arum stated, “We have spoken to Showtime [who represent Mayweather] and we have spoken with HBO [Pacquiao]. We have not spoken with anybody on Mayweather’s side. We understand from the Showtime people that they have talked to the Mayweather side.”
Let's just say it would sell 2.5m
2.5 x 80 = 200m
200m x 35% = 70m
70m + 40m =
its clear as day now manny and arum have been acting for the public for years. every time manny has a fight they slang mayweathers name every shot they get just to gain some relevance. no one even cares about this upcoming pac fighthttp://www.boxingnews24.com/2014/09/arum-mayweathers-ppv-numbers-have-been-going-down/
This quote from Arum got me thinking either Manny is scared or Arum (as usual) is full of shyt.
You fukk up regularly, its cool
Ofcourse floyd wants to keep the 100%, Pac would WANT to keep 100% too wouldnt he? So Maidana winning vs AB makes him a bigger draw (lets forget about how he lost most of his other big headline fights . . ) than Bradley who gave Pac his first official L in close to a decade, on PPV of about ~1million AND after beating Ruslan in a FOTY candidate, and clearly beating JMM on PPV? Yeah sure that doesnt matter right. . . How well did the PAC/Bradley rematch do? Wasnt it a similar decline from the first fight compared to floyd/maidana? Why wont you speak on that? The reality is, even looking at the last fight revenue, 35% is generous for Pac.
If we just look at the last fight . . . . Canelo should have got $50million to fight Angulo
Use logic clown
The reality is looking at the last fights ppv#s if you do the math 35% isn't enough... it aint about being generous.. If the money aint right there's no deal, simple.. Split should be above 40%.. It might not seem like a big increase, but ot is when you're dealing in millions of dollars...
