How is being the best shooter in the history of the sport not a generational talent?
It's my understanding that a generational talent is someone who effects the game in every aspect. To me, when I think "generational talent," I think of a guy that you can plop onto any team and single handedly see that team enjoy 20-30 more wins off his presence alone. Just a complete game changer. Think prime Shaq, prime Kobe, prime Bron. Davis is going to be on his way there, he essentially was handed the same situation as Kevin Love but did what Love never did, got his team into the offs.

Name one player better to be the face of the league in the storm of social media and YouTube?

He had the highlights, girls love him, parents would point to him as a good role model, has charisma and he's more like the average person that a bulldog like LeBron.

Think back to the NFL season, it was like every damn day Odell was getting talked about and his highlights were getting replayed from the last game. The NFL loves him for pretty much the same reasons the NBA loves Steph.

Please tell me, at this moment in time, who would be a better fit for face of the league?

:dahell:Odell Beckham is a freak athlete. 40+ inch vert, seen dude do windmills, Yao Ming sized hands, fast as lightning. Don't tell me, you're one of those nikkas who thinks he's "just like us" because he's 5'10" and skinny. :mjlol:

And I already gave you a list. Believe it or not I remember a time when face of the league was based on actual talent and not, "girls love him!" Jesus you nikkas are so fukking corny.:heh:

Did you? The Warriors were woefully below 500 their first 3 years with Curry, I'm talking couldn't even make the playoffs in the east below 500. And he wasn't even carrying a trash squad putting up eye popping stats during that time either. Guys like Kobe, Bron and MJ were putting up MONSTER lines even when their teams were trash, and they were winning--even if it was mediocre winning, they were still often getting to the POs. Curry's statistical rise has completely coincided with the rise in talent of his team but let's both just sit here and pretend he's a "generational talent." :sas1:

This is the highlight filled time when it comes to sports and Steph got highlights for daaaaaays.

Who ever claimed that he was MVP level those years? He has developed his game each year
