The difference is the feds can come in and take over and fix the shyt from the top. They can't control who gets charged. That's why people should vote for their district attorney. They're the people who decides whether the cops get off free. The main problem is that people expect the President to be a giant dictator, but those people in Missouri, Illinois, and Maryland should've been going at the necks of whomever the district attorney is in their area because they're elected officials too and they control a LOT more shyt that happens locally than the president or his cabinet members as it pertains to charging folks.

If you have an issue with cops getting off then make sure you know what your city's district attorney is about next election, but if you're talking about fixing the overall problem then Obama did what he could do within the structure of the law and that oversight those cops did have from the feds will now be gone.

The district attorney who screwed up the Trayvon Martin case got the boot via vote.

I never said local voting wasn't important. I'm talking specifically about the district attorney in relation to the cop killings. What makes you think the new DA wouldn't make the same decision? From what I just checked she's a white woman.
