Undercover Boss usually works off the premise that most of us don't care to know for example what the CEO of Sonic looks like let alone the staff working at a chain but it seems impossible that anyone could work for WWE and not know what Stephanie looks like. This right here. Undercover Boss doesn't work when the CEO has any kind of "celebrity". I can absolutely believe someone stocking the shelves at Target doesn't know what their CEO looks like. I'm calling shenanigans though if you tell me someone working at a Fabletics store doesn't recognize Kate Hudson or someone who works at The Honest Company doesn't know what Jessica Alba looks like. I could believe that *maybe* WWE employees wouldn't automatically recognize Michelle Wilson or George Barrios but Vince? HHH? Steph? That's a Stretch Armstrong reach.

Undercover Boss is such a terrible show. You trying to tell me this 40 year old soccer looking mom has made a career choice to deliver pizza now, or this 50 year old dude with a fake ass goatee wants to be a bartender at Hooters in order to get money to start a business?

And nobody seems to notice that another person is filming.

They use the premise of this is a contestant on a show where they're trying to get money for their startup. But even still, all the bad wigs/makeup/acting are ridiculous.
