Let's keep it 100, outside of Durant and Steph who else is going to be a HOF player on that team? Is Durant Steph and Klay any better than Parker, Ginobili, and Duncan? This team just plays well together.
Did you seriously just ask if Durant-Steph-Klay was any better than Duncan-Parker-Ginobli?
First off, which year are you talking? Duncan peaked long before Parker and Ginobli peaked. 2007 was the only year the three of them were even close to being at their peak at the same time. So let's take 2007.
28yo Durant (27-9-5 and 2 blocks) > 30yo Duncan (20-11-3 and 2 blocks)
28yo Steph (27-5-7 and 2 steals) >>> 24yo Tony Parker (19-3-6 and 1 steal)
26yo Klay (24-4-2 and 1 steal) >>> 29yo Ginobli (17-4-4 and 2 steals)
26yo Draymond (11-9-8 with 2 steals and 2 blocks) >>> 35yo Bruce Bowen (6-3-1 and 1 steal)
Durant is arguably the greatest offensive player in the league and picked up his defense this year. 2007 Duncan was a great two-way player, but his added command on defense isn't enough to make up for how unprecedented Durant is on offense right now.
Steph is at his near peak right now as an incredible offensive player, and is better than TP on defense too. Just washes him overall.
Klay is one of the greatest shooters ever, while Ginobli was a great driver. But the defense makes it no contest - Klay is an elite perimeter defender while Ginobli was only good at flopping and patrolling for steals.
Draymond is a DPOY and huge part of the offense too. Bruce Bowen was getting old at 35 and couldn't do anything on offense.
NO ONE in their right mind takes 2007 TP, Ginobli, or Bowen over Steph, Klay, or Draymond. The only comparison that's even close is Durant/Duncan, and a 28yo Durant still gets picked over a 30yo Duncan every time.
As far as HOF, Draymond is only 26 and already has two titles, two all-star appearances, two All-NBA selections, three 1st-team All-Defensive and a DPOY with twice DPOY runner-up. If Warriors win a couple more titles and he gets multiple more all-star or all-NBA selections, and/or another DPOY, he's probably in. Name anyone else with 4-5 all-star appearances, a DPOY, and multiple titles who didn't make it.
Klay is 26 and sitting on two titles, three all-star appearances, two All-NBA selections, and three straight 20ppg seasons. Again, if the Warriors keep winning, say he gets at least 5-6 all-star appearances and 4-5 titles, can you name anyone with his resume who didn't make it?
