We were the only team that beat the Spurs in the playoffs and we did it without David Lee and Brandon Rush and was hobbled by injuries of Steph and Bogut. I think it's safe to say that Barnes and Klay will both be better along with the addition of Brandon Rush who is the 2nd best shooter on the team. We should be in the WCF next year.

I hear what u saying but the thing is, most of them nikkkas that say that AREN'T REAL knick fans. alot are straight up dikkriders like most yankees fans. they wasn't knicks fans when we we won 23 games back in 05, or the days when we had malik rose, keith van horn, naz mohammaed, mike sweetney and jerome williams,in the front court in the mid 00s. some people actually had the nerve to have a #FIREWOODSON campaign on twitter. anyone so called knick fan calling for woodson job aint a knick fan period! i criticize melo at times, but im happy as hell we got him here in ny. we haven't had a player of his caliber in years. melo brought back the excitement in basketball here in ny.

wanting to build around Lin was the product of hatred towards Melo. You're only proving my point acknowledging that. Of course it wasnt a serious proposal in that it was absurd on its face, but it was what a majority of white knick fans wanted because they wanted to get rid of the "thug" Melo.

Im glad you brought up Trip. He is a fair representation of most Knick fans. At best they are barely tolerant of Melo, because he had an MVP type year and the Knicks were good, but they can barely hide their disdain for him, and will never truly accept him or root for him.

You have your mind made up because you hate Melo, so you wont even acknowledge the racial environment he has to deal with even when you acknowledge such indirectly.
