Kobe could do things VERY similar to MJ one on one, BUT HE WAS NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO BETTER AT ANYTHING ISO RELATED, NOT EVEN CLOSE.
MJ was a career 50%+ shooter, him and Kobe scored in the same ways, Kobe is a career 44% shooter. There is no comparison bruh.
Kobe did have a great handle.

Sure he was. MJ was a far superior finisher but Kobe's range and ball handling makes him more deadly 1 on 1. MJ is the GOAT but lets stop acting like he was the best in every regard.

The thing is, MJ's handle was better, Loves handle was flashier. I can understand why a nikka would say Kobe cause crossovers were taken to a different level post 96. MJ did not use a traditional crossover, but he left nikkas stuck off the dribble MUCH more than Kobe and something as simple as youtube video would show u what I mean. Matter of fact, in a 20 year career, Kobe has less highliggt reel dribble moves than Wade has in 13 years.
About range, its not as relevant as u are making it out to be. MJ could get better looks at the basket from anywhere than Kobe could. There is a reason why the nikka was so efficient for so long. If MJ took more 3's or focused more on that for his game, I have no doubt he would be a better 3 shooter than Kobe. But I can understand your side of the debate on that tip.
