Say you’re a piece of shyt without saying it.

When you buy property you buy property, not the entire zip code. As population continues to grow, there needs to be homes and space to accommodate.
Another clown nikka who don’t own shyt… News flash dumb ass wether you own a 30m property or 500k property that you paying high ass property tax for and the expectation of your purchase is it to appreciate in value … guess what shyt head when a half way house is built in your neighborhood, low income affordable housing instead of commercial properties that bring in business that’s the difference between your property value going to shyt or it increasing your wealth…

Do you even know realize this is how they fukk up black wealth? If the banks ain’t redlining your bytch ass they devaluing your property by building socialize shyt for convicted felons like half way houses or homeless shelters or section 8 housing… shyt that literally don’t increase the value of your home but devalue it.. the quickest way for increasing a homes value is commercial properties within 1-2 miles like a major mall, office space etc

Talk to me later shyt head when you buy your first home

Apartment buildings, even luxury ones, in SFH communities typically lowers value and increases the population per sq/mi which increases everything that most small communities don't want. Like traffic, noise pollution, opportunities of crime, classroom size. Basic overpopulation issues. It defeats the purpose as to why many move to those communities I imagine. They'll either put a burden on the small community resources (packed, food supply scarcity) or there will be more development to support the increase in population by adding more stores and shopping to accommodate and will turn a small community into something more bustling. Effectively making the people who didn't want to raise a family in the city, basically have their community turn into a city.

They can fukk off to Iowa then. Or buy 10 lots of land smd fence it.

You don't have a "right" to move to a community and demand it stays that same regardless of socioeconomic trends.

THE DEVELOPER should fukk off to Iowa. Whats with these people demanding multi-family units in SFH zones? Its just greed at the expense of the everyone else around them.

No they don't.

US citizens have freedom of movement in the country. And a lot of citizens want to live in California. Since there is also freedom of enterprise in this country, a developer has the right to build homes on land in accordance with local laws, and satisfying the public interest. It is the desire of the citizens of California that dense housing be prioritized. If you live in California your shortsighted view doesn't supersede the electorate.

If they got their place in the area because of the space with peace and quiet, why would they want it to change? Will their property tax decrease if the building gets built?

Honestly, more people = more problems.

They may not want it to change for selfish reasons, but the state will most likely ignore them. Your opinion doesn't become more important because you're a millionaire that can make shots from half court

Yes, it's wrong to block new housing construction because ppl make less than you

In a state that already does that on a regular basis so it's rents are already sky-high

You not seeing it doesn't make you any less than a bootlicking idiot

Like goddamn, there isn't even a word for how dumb you are

You’re so dumb it’s disheartening. It has nothing to do with people making less money and everything to do with the townhomes essentially being built right behind his backyard looking into his property.
