But for real, I don't know any of that gym science stuff, I just know what keeps me on track. But your waist looks pretty much on point, especially compared to the rest of your body. If that's your main concern, I think you pretty much reached it. You beefed up the thighs since you first posted as well. :obama: Good progress.

My routine is on some other shyt nowadays. I've gotten bored with working out so I'm trying things out.

Right now I am trying to see how fast I can do 100 pull-ups. My goal is 15 minutes.

Lowest I've gotten is 25mins.

I do 100 full pull-ups of different variations at least 3xs a week to start my work out.

I have at least one day of full chest a week. Explosive plyo push ups. Incline bench and ONLY incline bench. Weighted Dips, various types of single arm cable flys from different angles and different hand positions.

And I high bar squat/(10 sets of 6 to 12 reps)and single leg box jump, various single leg deadlifts at least once a week.

I do yoga and I also do Pilates once a week with a private instructor(bad West Indian broad from Orange County :leon:)

I also try and do 3000 meters a week on the water rower.


I pretty much eat what I listed a page after the post you quoted.


Don't get me wrong. I eat and drink GOOD. I'm a foodie so I eat everything. But when I'm home I try to keep it strictly to simple
Fresh ingredients, nothing fancy...

I'm a foodie too. I love food too much to follow a super strict diet. Life's too short breh.

Exactly. Moderation is the key. I look at food as energy most of the time. We as humans just need to start understanding what each thing we put in our body does. I'm not saying don't eat that Big Mac or that 20oz porterhouse. I'm just saying, consider how your body is going to metabolize that as energy.

What kind of supplements do you guys take?

  • Protein powder
  • CLA
  • L-Carnitine

I don't think I need more than this, thoughts?


Creatine
pw i take katana + a few caps of KN03 + an extra 100 mg of caffeine
protein + mass gainer

CLA from what I gather is mostly bullshyt, if I was going for losses id stim stack (DMAA + caffeine). That and L-Carnitine you can just get naturally through having a good diet

Thank you :smile: I made a commitment to keep going until the end of July so I don't want to quit now. I want to see how much progress I can make by then.
