a hair over 6ft. i was probably about 185-190 in feb pic, probably closer to 195 now.

i recently moved out of nyc and i'm adjusting the having to commute now (which adds on an extra 2 hours to my day) and make time for the gym. also crushed my diet because i don't have as much time to prepare my own food. :snoop:

i'm working on it though, hopefully will have some improved pics by summer.

and you're a dad :ohlawd:

I don't have much of a belly, a pudge or something like that but I still have the curve in my waist (as seen in my avi although I am leaning forward a lil bit)

My problem is the thighs and hips :snoop:. I could do all the exercising and lose weight upper body but it slowly sheds away in the lower. I used to walk/jog 3 miles a day for 3 months and only lost about 2in off my thighs :sadbron:. If the fat in my legs would shed as fast as my upper did I would be good :to:

You gotta put in more work than that. Purely guessing your weight/height, I calculate you burned AT MOST 1500 cals per week, that's if you literally walked/jogged 3 miles everyday and Im being generous. In 3 months that's 5 lbs. You'd have to drastically change ur diet for that to be recognizable. Not to be harsh, just sayin

No I understand what you're saying. I do cardio as well (about 1 1/2 hour of nike + training app) and I keep my calorie intake at around 1500-1700 when i eat cuz I have times where I'm so busy with work I won't eat because a healthy meal isn't available. Once my work schedule gets back right then I'll be able to consistently work out harder.

I'll play along. I really want more definition in my arms and stomach. Imo, I have small legs so I usually do heavy weights on my lower body to build more mass.

in all fairness that was at the point i was as focused as i've ever been though. and i still wasn't able to cut down as much as i would have liked to.
