Been slacking a little but mid section getting better
Back on PHAT as of today.
Me back in 2011 back when I first started lifting
Me 2013 after my first bulk current weight is 206 gonna get back too 190-185
My legs and chest should come in better after I drop the body fat, im gonna hit them twice a week also
Gonna drop more next month on the 18th
