My legs and chest should come in better after I drop the body fat, im gonna hit them twice a week also

Gonna drop more next month on the 18th

thanks breh...i just got sick and tired of bein dat skinny lil frail nikka so I did what i had to do (naturally might I add)

hope this'll motivate and inspire my coli brehs that its possible with hard work and dedication (Mayweather voice)

from a frail 123 to a good clean 162 in bout 3yrs.. u can do it brehs :salute:

^ Damn, what a transformation. Especially them pecs!

I was stretching yesterday and found a good picture of my lower legs. My calves are so big! They make the rest of my lower leg look very thin and unproportionate. My calves serve as my main leg muscle. I do not have big quads as I do not like the look of them.

Picture was taken with no flexing, relaxed.
