Yeah I'm really trying to beef up the biceps to compensate for the triceps

Aight Imma add to this thread... I haven't been lifting heavy at all lately... Just been pure high rep circuits trying to trim myself out.... I guess this is my starting point to my quest to get trimmed and cut..

I am about 5'10" and about 189lbs in the morning after I take a shyt...

Updated Photos as off this morning 6/2/2013

Down to 185 pounds since I posted my last photos

Goal is 180 and <8% Body Fat

Been on a 1700 to 2300 calories a day diet... I fluctuate in that range depending on what I ate the day before, how many carbs I took in, and if I fukked up and ate something dirty...

Can't really tell due to lighting, and I was taking in a lot of water during this workout because of the C4 Cellulator, but my abs are starting to get :lawd:

The thighs though? Bulgarian squats with a 45lb weight plate over my head, barbell front squats, leg extensions :tiger:

:ohhh: word i just started doing them but im just using 15 lbs dumb bells that shyt hurts enough.

Imma make a thigh meats 101 thread real quick come drop some knowledge please.

Officially at my mind point. Went from 192lbs to 160lbs in 2 months and change. Going to start bulking now. I got the Bahamas in a month. Will provide next update then.

My diet has been semi-clean, is hard as fukk to eat clean and eat the necessary calories a day for bulking.

Off top physically my chest seems to be severly lacking. Strength wise I have issues with my gains on bicep exercises. My shoulder clicks a lot on compound exercises and so does my wrist.

Critique me brehs point out any issues you see and recommend any exercises you can think of that will help.
