Officially at my mind point. Went from 192lbs to 160lbs in 2 months and change. Going to start bulking now. I got the Bahamas in a month. Will provide next update then.

now keep in mind I'm only one month in to bulking, so I don't look like you nikkas on the Avengers team and the rest of you that are members of the Justice league.
My diet has been semi-clean, is hard as fukk to eat clean and eat the necessary calories a day for bulking.
Here are the supplements used
Off top physically my chest seems to be severly lacking. Strength wise I have issues with my gains on bicep exercises. My shoulder clicks a lot on compound exercises and so does my wrist.
Critique me brehs point out any issues you see and recommend any exercises you can think of that will help.
