It's nice to see people hitting their goals; weight loss and gain can be a bytch, so I applaud those putting in the effort to get in shape not just for vanity reasons, but to get themselves healthy.
Here's my starting point.
As you can see I'm kind of skinny which was not my goal. I wasn't eating enough but I was working out constantly so I lost weight. My new goal is to just build muscle in my legs mainly and lose some inches off my waist. Wish me luck. :-)
