I’ve gained so much weight since starting this new job. It’s crazy. I just need to get back into working out. When I get off of work I’m just super tired and not feeling like doing anything afterwards. But I know that I have to do something before it gets so far out of control.
Before @ThiefyPoo goes off for not posting pictures in this thread I recommend you ask for advice out of it lol.

No ones being hardheaded and honestly, I didn’t really notice your op. I just saw the title (which appears to be misleading) and made the post on this page since it seemed to be about working out and stuff. I didn’t see any pictures of results or anything on this page neither. But anyways, I’ll keep that in mind next time. Thanks.

you're not in bad shape......

What I would suggest for you is to do a circuit of pull-ups, push-ups and dips like 3 times week. In a month or 2, you'll be yoked. It's hard at first. But if you stay consistent the results will show....
