My starting point was late March. I was 237 pounds and way out of shape. Broke up with my girl and got on the grind heavy. The second pic was taken a couple days ago. I'm down to 207 and 10% body fat. IF and cardio 6 days a week. I'm gonna keep cutting to 200 and then maintain for the summer. My plan is to do a clean bulk and go back up to 210 and hopefully be able to keep my body fat at 10%.

Relentless is a great word to useI really appreciate you saying that. I haven't done anything that you or anyone else can't. You just have to change your mindset and be relentless about achieving your goal.
