My starting point was late March. I was 237 pounds and way out of shape. Broke up with my girl and got on the grind heavy. The second pic was taken a couple days ago. I'm down to 207 and 10% body fat. IF and cardio 6 days a week. I'm gonna keep cutting to 200 and then maintain for the summer. My plan is to do a clean bulk and go back up to 210 and hopefully be able to keep my body fat at 10%.

Nice progress and did you get a man weave? How did you get your hair to grow back?

I really appreciate you saying that. I haven't done anything that you or anyone else can't. You just have to change your mindset and be relentless about achieving your goal.
Relentless is a great word to use

It really is a mind set not so much physical like most people think

Here are a couple of recent pics from the last few days. Been back in the gym putting in work the past 11 months after almost 3 years of not working out. Lots of heavy weights, calesthenics, and cardio. Still got a ways to go to get to my ideal body but progress is a process

That drop off in weight in the face area is crazy, you look like a whole new person lol
