Not sure on body fat percentage to be honest...I have always been a skinny dude so my issue is adding weight, and then keeping the gains, I am getting better at holding my weight these days through cleaner diet. I am going to get the abs popping more over the next 2 months though, and my calves game as it is my weak point, got them sprinter black man calves but my quads are decent.

You look incredible breh.
How old are you, and how long have you been lifting...
And how much you weigh in this photo?
Jeez. You must be like 6'1 or something. I started lifting last year. With zero nutritional knowledge. And i paid the price.Props breh. I'm 31!! And I've been liftin for about 10 years but first few years I knew nothing about nutrition as I could eat anything and never get fat etc, last 4-5 years I've gained way more knowledge and its benefited me well IMO.
I struggle to put on and keep weight, my metabolism is crazy fast.
Current weight is 188-191 pounds. Heaviest I have ever been is 196, I struggled to maintain that weight, it wasn't a natural weight for me as I tried hard to get there.

I just turned 27 two weeks ago. Ive just gotten the hang of it. My body was starting to take the form I wanted it to take. But then I got really bad strep throat about 4weeks ago and lost too much weight. I couldn't eat any hard foods for nearly 3weeks. So I basically shrunk. I'm just now(within the last couple of days) starting to get some weight back. My abs were taking form, and so were my shoulders, but regression hit me hard. But I at least now know what to do to reach my full potential, as opposed to last year when I didn't know anything about nutrients and what not. Matter of fact, I just had some rice, fish, and a protein shake. I'm gonna try to lift later. My weights down to 136lbs.Exactly that....I'm 6'1. How old are you?
Once you get the knowledge of nutrition it all changes, most people know how to train in the gym but when they leave they don't put the additional work in as it's the most boring part to some but it's not all protein and beg you can mix it up and enjoy what you're eating still.
I pretty much have a swimmers body with broad shoulders and small waist.
