It's been a while since I've posted in this thread. I finally have some progress news...

As of now, I'm no longer apart of the 300lb club. My current weight is 297lbs. It took me awhile to reach this point because of a health issue that limits mobility, in addition to, the holiday season and transitioning into a new job that also has helped dropped a considerable amount of weight since starting. I have also been hitting the gym consistently for the past month which has hastened my weight loss.

Now, I'm about to start phase 2 of my weight loss journey by ramping up my power lifting regimen. The goal is somewhere between 190-200lbs @ 5'11. The ideal would be 190lb, but I'm not sure how my body is going to react.... first, I'm a meso/endomorphic body type, so although my body is proportional, I gain weight like a pure endomorph. Second, I have a large frame. Getting down to 190 or below would be difficult on my body and not all that great, health and aesthetic wise. I'm shooting for at least 190lbs and 12% body fat by year's end.

Unfortunately, I won't post any more pics until I'm around or under 250lbs.

Roughly 20-25 pound jump in weight (130ish to 155ish). Worked out on and off for a year. Nothing super consistent. Also upped my calories.

Mainly did Ripptoes 5x5.

Currently back down to 140ish due to reasons but am about to get back on it.
