Weighed in at 172 today :blessed:

Up 14 lbs from last time I posted in this thread, heaviest I've ever been. Been eating shytloads of rice, oatmeal and milk for 4 months, think ostsrine run is helping with recomp too because my bf% has stayed low

Ok so here I am 4 kids later and eating less bull shyt but still bullshytting lol

Will update again in 4 weeks or so after cutting all aforementioned bullshyt out of my diet lol I only plan on doing cardio and light weight training.

Whats your guys procedures for getting in shape

Im finishing up with school

I had a streak going where I I was going to the gym every week 2-3 times. By January I stopped got lazy and tried focusing on school.

I went to the Rec center gym benched some, leg press, shoulder excercises(I probably did this the most)

got any advice for a brotha returning to it

Yeah I do that to sometimes(its been a while tho)

I just put the ones I listed hoping it will explain itself that I do a bit of the excercises you see people in general do to get into shape or atleast what is their at the Rec:manny:
