This is my first bulk and I can say it didnt go as well as I would have hope. Dirty bulk made me gain some stubborn fat :snoop: but in may I will be back at 185. Im 207 right now

Here's a pic from Miami last year on my bday :whew: I was in the like low 160s.

My goal is to get down to 145. I went from 185-165 last year, and have kind of been hovering around that weight since last June. My goal was to get down to 145 by the end of last year, but just couldn't do it.:yeshrug: Let's see what I can pull off in the next 3 months.:lift:

I've had a year full of bad injuries, most not even pertaining to lifting. I had a dog bite one of my arms and kept me out for 3-4 months. Ended up tearing my MCL playing softball :sadcam: I fell off really hard. Finally getting back in the gym routinely now. It's a journey brehs

New Year 2013 injuries. Trip to the ER, the flu, bronchitis, and misaligned ribs, twice. Due to all the injuries/sickness I detoxed for 1-1/2 months. No alcohol or weed. The result:

Aiming for some pec definition as well as a complete 6 pack. Pecs are coming a long nicely! I like to feel on them as I have breasts :damn:
I may need to shave/trim my chest hair to see the definition. I think the hair covers up the outline of the pecs! I feel the outline and raised pecs, but I don't see it unless if I flex my muscles.

Not pictured is the many other pictures of my biceps, etc.

I'm currently 127 lbs. Maybe I'll need to gain weight (like you did) to get further pec definition. I'm also increasing my protein game up. More protein = more weight and muscle.
