It wasn't "that" hard. All it took was discipline to maintain a diet and exercise routine. Exercised Monday - Friday and took the weekend off. My diet excluded Mexican food, pizza, snack food, candy, etc. I also stopped drinking alcohol for 1.5 months. Took close to a year to lose the belly. Then it took another year to gain the muscle. Think I'm in the 3rd year of the whole "health kick."

One positive about losing the beer belly is no more heart burn!

What's getting expensive is the healthy eating. Eating organic foods and grocery shopping at Central Market and Whole Foods. Premium, healthy food costs a lot of money.

Need me a fine chick doe. I'm sure lots of women would love to ride dis :takedat:

I only wish I had a shirtless picture of myself with the beer belly. That would have been the ultimate before/after comparison! As you might understand, I did not feel the need to take a picture of my pregnant belly. I do remember being able to hold handfuls of belly fat
