they name dropped the new thunder.. her brother was like can jakim (thats how my captions had it) come for dinner . Jakeem is the current thunder. I also think he's the little brother of the black girl that hangs with Cindy.

Principal Bowin looks to be a gender swapped version of the Injustice Society member called The Fiddler. Since her son on the show has the name of the actual Fiddler from the comics (Isaac Bowin), I'm assuming he'll be adopting the name and fighting Stargirl before the season ends.

I think my favorite thing about this show is that it's embracing all the goofy comic booky stuff instead of shying away from it.
Just look at he Dragon King's costume...that shyt is preposterous but it works in this universe because the show is leaning into it basically being the comics come to life.

If this was any other comic book TV show they would have had some Asian dude in dark suit as The Dragon King and that would have been it.

its not a CW show and each season is 10-13 episodes tops... it wont fall quickly... especially since this first season is an origins season

you do know that flash season 1 was pretty much the scrapped flash movie rewritten into a TV season..
once the actual show runners got to the stories it went downhill season by season
