The $31 is is for gamepass members, they dont have to spend the full $70
So it's $70+30 if you aren't a gamepass member, because youre also getting premium and the full game, premium is early access + DLC post game

Don't worry about getting the money for the 'Dream Home' perk, you make money so fast in this game and $125k really isn't shyt tbh.

Shops only buy specific items eg gun only buys guns clothes only buy clothes

Also upgrade the Boost pack. That shyt opens up traversal and combat. Boost packing around while sniping mufukkas from mid air is

So I locked my companion out of the air lock before I went back out on the terrain and she didn't put her outfit back on. bytch running around mars in a leather jacketi think this is the best dialogue in a bethesda game
