I don’t exactly believe they enjoy it like that. They just don’t have time to be bored or think about why they do this everyday cause they would starve if they took they foot off the peddle.

I went to a very busy Starbucks earlier that was staffed with 4 people and they were straight. Not even in a rush with a line full of people. If he has 5 people at his location I am giving him/her the side eye

I don't think the issue is with the stress of the work. It's the running to social media crying about it when you have the choice to actually do something about it.

Why post yourself crying over a job you can leave? Starbucks ain't making you work there. The university ain't making you take those classes. If too much is on your plate, scrape something off.

If what you want out of life, and the timeframe in which you hope to achieve it requires you to put in extra hours, then do it. If that's too much to handle, adjust your timeframe and balance your workload. But don't go crying about that shyt on the internet because I know if I see that shyt and you apply to work for me, you not even getting an interview.

But the good thing about posting it on social media is it gets a lot of eyes on the issue and can almost force a company or person to make a change. A video that has almost 50k likes and probably 100k+ views with an employee breaking down is very bad advertisement for your company.
