Worked at Walmart as a manager full time and went to school at UNO full time.

Walmart much harder job then Starbucks

Both jobs are hard dude and much respect to you for doing that BTW. As someone who did the same (Full time Customer service, full time school while getting my finance degree) Either way, solidarity amongst labor is important. I'm shocked you didn't learn that lesson working in customer/retail all these years. Supporting that kid is something labor (all of us) should be doing, not talking down to them.

People don't always react the same to stress, you and I have our own ways of coping, but other seek different routes. I really don't understand the response of people in this thread shytting on that kid, when they're working hard as hell trying to improve their lives and are going through a moment of weakness and just needed to vent.

he didnt say all that, you're just physically incapable of criticizing the far left on anything. theres plenty of democrats who have had enough of this garbage

for example, why do you think that men who still have a penis should be allowed to dominate women's sports? can you answer that without deflecting to republicans?

You bore me. Could you at least try something different to get me to react every now. I know you've got something more creative in you. I believe in you

You have bad bosses, bad employees, bad work culture not to mention this person is in college too so there's outside stresses
So many people just hate trans anything that they not even watching the video and then you got the arrogant boomers talking about I was superman getting exploited for 12 hours in my day like the video isn't explaining what a full time student has to balance besides work.

so many things contribute to why someone would be fed up with working 8 hours
Not every job has the same culture and frankly customer service jobs are some of the worst in the job market.

Why is it the employees responsibility to shoulder the burden for the employer/owner not staffing adequately?

Work becomes harder because of call outs but the employee has to deal with the stress. The owner only loses out on service and actually saves money by being short staffed

The employer/owner expects the associates to work harder to compensate for the lack of staff

Most of the time this situation happens because an employer is trying to be cheap and run a skeleton crew and save money.

I think the issue is most men have low tolerance to weak people bro. In the grand scheme of things the shyt we do to survive right now is nothing compared to what people had to do just 50 years ago.

Instead of understanding your privilege you online breaking down like a goofy.

But I don’t blame him much cause he not even a biological male and we know women are way more emotional then us.

Keep the labor fight going, we are absolutely helps us all. But this is just a weak way to go about it.

And no to say which job is harder, but ask someone who works the truck at Walmart which job they would rather.

Y'all watch the video, that's essentially what the kid does daily. Y'all notice that the tweet leaves out the part about him being a full time student????

Yes I watched it. He said on the weekends and 8 or 9 to 8 to 9 is not 16 hours. 16 hours would be 7am to 11pm. If he doesn't like it, simple solution. Quit. :yeshrug:

"The far left is the issue, not the actual white supremacists or nazis.
And this is exactly why I keep saying the ‘far left’ is a problem
Our current society in a perfect nutshell. The complete breakdown of basic comprehension , common sense, and quite frankly common decency. Discard all of that to instead purposely miscast words, leaving out keywords and context (purposely), all to create sensational generalizations

Trying to balance being a full-time student with working such a schedule in a retail setting will definitely start to weigh on you. I can understand their frustration.
Then quit or stop crying about it. If you can’t handle the “pressure” of doing school work and having a job where you don’t actually even have to think, then you’re not gonna make it in adulthood anyway.
