Can't take him serious after this. The best role I could think of is BP's comedic sidekick/man-servant, like Semmi from Coming to America :russ:

dude is young as hell and more than likely like anyone starting out saw the Star Wars opportunity as a game changer that would set his career up long term. Dude legit may need to do a few comedy or hybrid comedy films and slowly pivot into something else.

We getting more and more of what John really thinks:

It's been leaking out more and more what he really thinks over the last year.

He went from being the star of the first one to being a joke of a character and little screen time. They were setting him up for something good then look what they did to him.

Like I said earlier in the thread, breh has to be :hhh: at how they played him. Had him front and center in all the promotional posters for TFA, had him looking like billy badass with the lightsaber and blasters, standing back to back with Rey on some me against the world shyt...

... then turned him into new gen Jar Jar Binks. :scust:

Yep

hell this shyt might have hurt his career going forward

Off topic but I'm rewatching the prequels for the first time. I understand the criticisms for episode 2 but its pretty underrated as a setup movie for the others. So many things get addressed in it that lead up to episode 3 and 4. :ehh:

I can picture someone whose been a OG trilogy fanatic going :ohhh: constantly during it.

Its also the first time I'm watching it as a grown man. Like I finally realized that Count Dooku was right all along. :wow:

Yeah hes irredeemable. I also thought that they overdid it with lil anakin making him an untouchable genius prodigy, but I guess thats part of shaping Vader up to be what he was since he was an ace pilot in the OG films.

Qui Gon, Obi-Wan and Maul are definitrly the stars of that movie.

Lots of great lil details. Obi Wan going to Kamino and being told Master Sifo Dyas ordered the clone army to be made, when Sifo has been dead for years, Dooku orchestrating the separatist movement, Anakin avenging his moms, etc...
