The Old Jedi Order was destroyed, if/when Luke starts a new one the rules could be completely different and relationships encouraged or at least allowed

I'm also curious as to why Luke is hiding and why finn( who I know is hurt ) stays . Finally so maybe Rey isn't the child of Han /leia or where they saying that they thought both their children were dead

There are various theories as to why Luke went into and remained in hiding but no actual spoilers on that yet so we'll see.
And I'm 90% sure in the time between VII and VIII Finn will join Rey and become an apprentice of Luke.
Yeah it's Adam Drivers character, possibly (I think very likely) Vader's grandson, and yeah they were saying that Han and Leia thought they were both dead after the attack
Avengers will be good but won't compare to this

Fans here at Star Wars Celebration continue to get new nuggets of information, and today we got a glimpse of Gareth Edwards' Rogue One and the first description of the plot. During a panel, Edwards stated that the film will take place before Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, and will be about a group of rebels banding together to steal plans for the Death Star. Those plans are what allowed Luke Skywalker to destroy the Death Star in the original film.
This won't be a film about people with magical powers or the Jedi in general, Edwards said. "It comes down to a group of individuals who don't have magical powers that have to somehow bring hope to the galaxy," he said. He also showed off a brief teaser for the film, made with the cooperation of Industrial Light & Magic. It stars with Obi-Wan Kenobi's voice-over from the first Star Wars film talking about how the Jedi established peace in the galaxy "before the dark times, Before the Empire." The camera tracks over a jungle valley as the voice over continues, and at the end the camera finally tilts up to reveal the Death Star off in the distance.
Felicity Jones, whose casting has already been announced, will play a Rebel soldier involved in the mission. Edwards underscored that the film is aiming for realism, and that it's a no-holds-barred war picture. "It's the reality of war. Good guys are bad. Bad guys are good. It's complicated, layered; a very rich scenario in which to set a movie."

CHLOI RADLucasfilm Story Group's Pablo Hidalgo and other panelists at the Star Wars spin-off film panel revealed details about Star Wars: Rogue One today.
Star Wars: Rogue One is set after Episode 3 and before Episode 4 in an era without Jedi.
The film follows a rogue band of resistance fighters who must unite to steal the Death Star plans. According to director Gareth Edwards, the film aims for realism more than previous Star Wars films.
"It comes down to a group who don't have magical powers, who somehow have to bring hope to the galaxy," said director Gareth Edwards.
Based on footage and concept art shown during the panel, Rogue One is set on a jungle planet, possibly Yavin from A New Hope, but this is just speculation. We've also seen concept art of Rebel fighters in Hoth-like outfits on a rainy green planet.
Felicity Jones will play a Rebel soldier.

Lucasfilm's VP of Development, Kiri Hart, announced the news today at Star Wars Celebration.
Any stand-alone films that Lucasfilm is developing outside of the numbered, episodic series will be called Anthology Films. Hart said Star Wars is a place to be explored, and these new movies are a great place to do that.
Rogue One, directed by Gareth Edwards, is the first Anthology film. During the event, several Rogue One movie details were also revealed. It's set between Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Episode IV: A New Hope in an era without Jedi. The official Star Wars Twitter account shared the film's synopsis:
