let me spoil it for you. he's a young hotshot kid who gets mixed up with the wrong crowd, hangs out with lando, meets chewie, gets into trouble and rides off into the sunset with a huge price on his head.

actually that sounds like it could be pretty good. imagine that. a gangster movie set in space.

young han and lando smashing groupies, hustling foreigners in sabbac

chewie confessing his life to han and becoming his BFF by the end of the movie

han and chewie chopping it up with boba fett

it's not as much that we need a han solo origin story, but really it would be more about exploring the criminal underworld of the star wars universe... just using a familiar face as an entry point.

The Force Awakens isn't looking like a New Hope 2.0 and lingering on nostalgia to the first three by sheer coincidence

I think it's alittle more complicated than that . It's been a lot of rumors about what exactly the Knights of ren are and what they represent.
