I didn't know that lol I know he has been married several times obviously. All captains have done crazy shot before but that was well out of the norm for picard. That's my biggest problem with this trek the don't seem to be very disciplined are evolved the star fleet officers seem like humans from today imo.

To be fair the enterprise is the flagship so in TNG all the top officers were the best of the best.
