Individuals cannot solve problems that are institutional in nature. Ur premise that ppl from marginalized groups can individually overcome systematic oppression in every facet of society is rooted in erroneous belief. Overhaul and address the issues of a racist system, don't fashion the problem as a failure on behalf oppressed individuals. 1 or 2 or even a 100 "good negros" won't fix the problem
