This is why black folk need to have a reality check in the community. The 2 Party system has brothers getting mad cause the sister chose the one they don't like.

None of 2 parties helped black people so....stop getting all up in your feelings about this.

Btw...Democrats was the pro-slavery party back in the day.

The Internet is not new, people being attacked on the Internet for expressing an opinion is not new. Especially an "celebrity" expressing an opinion, and especially a celebrity expressing an opinion regarding a divisive issue. The fact that she and people caping for her are shocked by the backlash, is just an example of how ignorant she is.

I'm not sure what this is suppose to mean, even of it was "normal" it doesn't make it ok, the shyt was overboard and anti intellectual

But I don't think this was normal at all, I think people where in real shock that someone that was so "cool" would do that and people were still reeling from the debate so that combo made people flip the fuk out extra hard

At the end of the day the whole notion that being black and female means you have a duty to vote for obama is not gonna stand up to intellectual scrutiny, becuase that is fundamentally an emotional/partisan notion

technically speaking she isn't doing anything wrong, that's just a fact some of y'all need to accept

your troll game is wack son

lol @ someone wasting their time to troll, asking someone else if they're a child

"No, no it's not" is used by someone who can't explain there position, instead falls back into the elementary style of argument....:duck:

Not everyone that is critical of her opinion has accused her of doing anything wrong. You seem to want to paint anybody that had a critical tweet of her opinion with the same broad brush, and that makes your position anti-intellectual. You're in here arguing against strawmen arguments and making broad generalizations that are invalid, so that's why you don't hold any weight here. Instead of focusing on the irrational, why don't you focus on the rational? There are rational criticisms and opposing viewpoints to be made regarding Dash's endorsement and if you cant admit that then you're just as bad as the people on twitter that you're whining about.

The thing I don't understand is why anyone feels the need to be critical of her political viewpoint to begin with whether rational or irrational. And why is she being attacked so vigorously when people like Kid Rock and Hulk Hogan have publicly proclaimed their intentions to vote for Mitt Romney with nary a tweet being ent.
Conversely nobody is blowing up the Twitter accounts of Eva Longoria or Kerry Washington calling them out their name or even offering a well-stated opposing viewpoint as to why their unwavering support of Obama is wrongheaded..
They want to vote for who they want to vote for and people seem to accept it and keep it moving with them. So why is Stacey Dash supporting Romney such a controversial thing other than people being mad that a famous black woman doesn't want to vote for Obama?

Come on dog...Kid Rock? Hulk Hogan? :beli:

And I feel Kerry Washington has more than illustrated why she voted for and will vote for Obama. Not sure about Eva Longoria but both of these people have something in common: they are female. Why would they vote for the GOP when the party has continuously made it clear that they have archaic views on womens rights, reproductive or otherwise???

The reason why Dash is getting criticism is because she falls into various catagories that make people question why she would support a man and a party that would seek to limit her freedoms and marginalize her voice and power in this country, just off the strength of her ethnicity and gender which are things that for the most part she has no control over.
