Politics is the new religion. People take that shyt to heart. That's why whenever I'm sitting at the dinner table with friends and family I get super quiet whenever they talk about politics. If I were to express an unpopular opinion or an opinion different them theirs I would be verbally assaulted and ostracized.

im saying that the black vote as a whole is so predictable, at 80-99 percent democratic, that neither party really fights over it

if the vote was split, then both parties would fight over it

from a point of raw political power, black people would increase their political influence and power if the vote was split

im not saying anything either way as to how people should vote but im just pointing out that its not a bad thing for black people to come out and say they are voting republican, its only bad if you are an actual democrat or an actual liberal

Blacks make up 12% of this country. We own even less. Neither party has any incentive to "fight" over blacks. Republicans in particular have understood this since the 70s, its why some republican politician can say some racist shyt every couple of months and GOP leaders dont even bat an eye.

Unless you expect a huge chunk of Black Americans to abandon a party that doesnt really care for them for a party full of bigots, that doesnt really care for them.....give up your hopes.
