Instant Transmission doesn't work that way. If Goku dies he goes to other world. You cannot leave other world without permission. Goku was allowed 24 hours of time to leave other world because of his heroic deeds. That is it. Vegeta was allowed to leave because he was the strongest person over there so they needed him to fight Buu. That doesn't mean shyt though. You can die again in DBZ even if you have a Halo. If you die with a Halo you cease to exist. You aren't immortal. You are gone. You don't instantly get stronger if you die. Goku had to train for a year to prepare for Nappa and Vegeta. He didn't just instantly become stronger. You nikkas sound like you haven't even read or watched DB. You sound like you just saw pretty flashes and figured those nikkas were super strong.

Goku gets his ass kicked and runs away.
Goku heals and comes back.

You are admitting Goku ain't shyt and has to run away to win. Running away is losing. If I get out of the boxing ring because my opponent is better that means I lost. Doesn't matter if I come back stronger. I lost that fight.

Goku used "Telepathy" when he talked to people through King Kai. He has never done so any other way iirc

Goku used "Mind Reading" when he put his hand on Krillen's head and saw everything that had happened on Namek before he got there. He never displayed this ability ever again. If he could read minds regularly he would have stopped Vegeta from killing the people at the World Tournament. He would have known Freiza was going to blow up Namek. He would have known Vegeta's plan to defeat Buu with the Spirit Bomb. He would have known Vegeta was going to back stab him and take the Senzu Beans to fight Buu one on one.
