Secondly. Here is Super Buu 3. The second strongest character after Vegito. He couldn't fly to Goku and Vegeta who were nearby quick enough. They were able to have a casual conversation with pauses and everything. Vegeta had time to think about shyt and everything.

Because that isn't how Instant Transmission works. Goku has to lock onto a familiar Ki signature to use it. Giving Goku friends to teleport to means you are giving him outside help in the fight.

Why didn't you post the scan where they said all of that took 29 minutes? Are you saying that Buu can't fly faster than Goku and Vegeta can have a conversation? Are you saying that Goku and Vegeta talk at the speed of light? Buu absorbed Goten, Trunks, Gohan and Piccolo. His has their power. Are you saying that none of the move faster than the speed of light when Gohan is stronger than Goku and Vegeta? Your argument isn't making sense. What exactly are you trying to say? That is the strongest form of Buu. It is stronger than SS3 Goku. So why wouldn't it be faster than SS3 Goku could hold a conversation.
