I just did a search and people are saying that his upper limit in his base form is 400 tonnes since the weights he was training with on the Kai planet amounted to 40 tonnes and the gravity on that planet is 10X that of earth.

also i believe its fact that he gets stronger as the fight continues but he does lose energy and gets fatigued so its only noticeable after hes had a bean and or rests.(or comes back to life)

Goku's strength is above 100 tons and he's atleast hypersonic in speed.

The thing about SSJ3 is that it only lasts a few minutes so he'd be fukked in this fight anyway once that dies out.
