And almost everytime i look at the clock its

Etc its not a coincidence...

i was waiting to see what the further responses were. I keep this kinda stuff to myself (as i'm sure you do) cause it's real personal and I don't want that line of knowledge to get diluted by fukkery.

Anybody into the daoist philosophy. Maybe it might be zen. But like letting go and just letting things play out how they will. This works for the mind too. I feel it's the best remedy for my anxiety and I don't waste all my energy trying to control my thoughts as they run wild all day. My mind from the second I wake up goes wild with worries and anxieties.

I used to be like that till I started taking supplements and doing yoga/taichi and meditating more. I also stopped watching porn all the time whoch probably helped. I would go to sleep and wake up like" fukk im still here on a daily "basis. Was not a good look

Man have any of you ever experienced someone telling you about pain they had or something and you suddenly start carrying it? I recall this lady that always walks a dog around my way striking up a conversation with me about how she broke her foot and as the conversation ended and I walked away my ankle startes hurting outta nowhere. Im walking with my mans and hes on a skateboard. She comes up again and she goes into this morbid ass story about what happened to her nephew on a skateboard and I didnt feel right for the rest of the day. Like she just threw my whole energy off. Havent spoke to that lady since. I dead ass just go back in the house if i see her out there now

Yesterday even though no one said anything, I let two people touch my crystals put it back in my pocket and a good 5 minutes later I get this random ass pain in my ankle that left me limping home. shyt is strange
