When I looked it up he had it marked private so I got a chick I work with to follow him and he accepted the request. She sent me screenshots of them together. Showed my cousin whose a family lawyer and he told me I had enough evidence to file for adultery

Thats true but also if he dies suddenly he doesn't want her to control his estate. I've never known a cheater of either gender to not try to blame the innocent party or attempt to deflect when they get caught.
