I hate that dumb ass response,

Like I didnt already like the movie before i noticed that.... I said that to show you that I wasnt the only one in my theater that liked the movie,
I said that to show that you nikkas is throwing around the garbage word like this is common opinion of the movie, when before today I never knew people thought it was garbage let alone not like it...

Again who the fukk are you lame vocal minority ass nikkas?

fun fact, there is a fine line between all time classic and garbage, you may not think this movie was oscar worthy, but garbage....... is just blasphemous...... a few unrealistic things in a movie about a fictional fukking comic book character is not as bad as when it happens in a movie based on reality.....

You complain about people on here disliking a movie by saying that everybody in the theater when you saw it liked it. My question is, what makes their opinion more valuable than ours, other than the fact that you happen to share their opinion? The answer of course, is nothing.

The Dark Knight Rises is the only film I've been to that got a standing ovation.

I've been to a few where people clapped(TDK for example)but TDKR is the only one where everyone stood up and applauded.

It was an epic experience in IMAX to be sure. Sometimes I think when things get "too" popular, you'll have people who automatically hate and nitpick the most redundant shyt.

If you want to know why more people weren't openly critical of "TDKR", re-read your posts in this thread. Look at how upset you are about other people's opinion of it.

I remember the first reviewer that gave "TDKR" a negative review actually received death threats. :heh:

Its not like those are the only opinions ive hear about that movie, everyone else that I have ever talked to whether it be friends, co-workers, or family members, even people that I only associate with occasionally liked the movie.. im not saying if you didnt like it you are stupid, or that there should only be one opinion of the movie.. I am saying not liking it and calling it garbage is two different things... It may not have been up to your standards but it wasnt garbage... that doesnt sound like an unbiased opinion, it sounds like you wanted it to be a certain way and when it wasnt you dismissed to the whole movie including the things that were good about it...

but whatever..... i already hold opinions on here with the lowest of standards now I know not to even come in threads like this....

Yeah, I'm probably blinded by fanboyism but I'm such a sucker for Shane Black dialogue that I'd take it over Nolan's heavy-handed exposition any day of the week.
the constant barrage of comedy is what killed that movie for me, even the fukking lowest of henchman had witty 1 liners that would rival even tony stark's wit. it was fukking stupid as shyt, how am I supposed to care that pepper pots is about to be murdered if Tony is cracking off jokes left and right while it's happening?

When things get too popular people also jump on the bandwagon because nobody wants to be "that guy" complaining.

There's also people that are such die hard fans they'd never admit "TDKR" was a disappointment, no matter what. This is why there's still "Lost" fans that swear the finale was some next level shyt.

Not saying you or that other guy fall into either of these categories, but it goes both ways.

I will never forgive IM3 for what they did to The Mandarin. They turned the character into a complete and utter joke. I talk shyt about TDKR but it was head and shoulders better than that shyt show that was TDKR. fukking Gwyneth Paltrow ended up saving Tony Starks in a sports bra for gods sake.:snoop:
i remember when that happened and it was like fireworks or some shyt. i literally said wow this is corny as hell

my response wasnt because of yall dislike for THIS movie, its the type of fake ass film critic (nitpicking) that is done on here when something is too popular.. Its like yall will take the best movies and create threads just to shyt on them, I am really starting to thinks 90% of the "opinions" on here about anything is trolling and im one of the few idiots that keeps falling for it... This is what yall threads be looking like Batman Begins was by far the worst of the trilogy, I mean I dont even like to count that one in the series, it was too slow, and you could hardly see anything during the fight scenes.....

You see how I only pointed out the bad parts and completely overlooked anything that the movie did right

Let me ask you this what was so disappointing about this movie?

fred legit doesn't like TDKR, in terms of the enjoyment of a movie, even the smallest of things can make a person not enjoy a movie. TDKR wasn't perfect, there was some :beli: plot elements, but for me I can look past that shyt because I loved Bane, Tom Hardy's performance, and I loved Anne Hathaway as catwoman. When I rewatched it just recently I realized there were a ton of "classic" scenes that I loved and looked forward to seeing again while I watched it, despite Bane ending up being a simp and dying like a bytch.

and on the flipside, the overuse of humor made me hate IM3 (yet some people loved the humor and Shane Black's writing), along with a couple other things.

Thats my point....... one or two small things isnt going to ruin the whole movie for me..

NO movie is perfect, they all have flaws, using that logic nothing would be considered classic, but movies dont have to be perfect to not be considered garbage or disapointing.. why are people so easily turned off by these minor complaints?

Do yall treat dating like that? ole she is only 5'5 and i need my women to be atleast 5'6 ass nikkas ole her titties are only c cup:camby: I need D's and better ass nikkas

agreed, but it depends what you consider small things. For me, the overuse of humor killed the entire movie for me, some would consider it small, but for me it destroyed any sense of tension or potential loss and took me out of the entire movie experience, bottom level goon henchman having one liners chris rock would be envious of took me out of the cinematic immersion experience

Oh no, I understand the hate for IM3, although I didnt hate it, I have no desire to see it again... The criticism for that movie is fair, especially for the fans of the iron man comics..

it's not a terrible movie for sure. what made it worse is as someone already pointed out the trailers made it look like some gritty/dark movie.

Also, if he could just call upon all those suits that he summoned at the end whenever he wanted, why didn't he call them earlier and end this entire mess before it began, like when his entire home was being shot up with rockets and bullets and pepper almost died?

Let me ask you this what was so disappointing about this movie?

Batman fighting crime for what was it....1-2 years only to retire for 8 years because Rachel died. It undermined the entire character, and trilogy.

Bruce indirectly admitting to "Robin", a complete stranger, that he's Batman.

The "let's send most of the cops underground" shyt. Laughably bad writing.

Bane dying to Catwoman on a fukking motorcycle.

Bruce getting his back broken then recovering by doing pull ups on a rope or whatever stupid shyt that was.

Bruce faking Batman's death, and disappearing at the same time, which alone is :what: enough....then reappearing half way around the world on some :youngsabo: shyt, as if nobody would recognize him. Imagine if Bill Gates tried to do that.

I could do this for a ton of other shyt.

The movie was terrible. I don't know how the fukk anybody can watch "The Dark Knight", then this movie, and not laugh at the fall off in quality.

And no, none of the guys in here criticizing "TDKR" hate on popular shyt. So toss that argument out the window. This is what I'm talking about though....people like you aren't even willing to entertain the thought that there's people that legit don't like the movie, there has to be some weird ulterior motive. Again, this is why people didn't openly criticize it. They didn't want to deal with the bullshyt.

Fred.
