fred legit doesn't like TDKR, in terms of the enjoyment of a movie, even the smallest of things can make a person not enjoy a movie. TDKR wasn't perfect, there was some :beli: plot elements, but for me I can look past that shyt because I loved Bane, Tom Hardy's performance, and I loved Anne Hathaway as catwoman. When I rewatched it just recently I realized there were a ton of "classic" scenes that I loved and looked forward to seeing again while I watched it, despite Bane ending up being a simp and dying like a bytch.

and on the flipside, the overuse of humor made me hate IM3 (yet some people loved the humor and Shane Black's writing), along with a couple other things.
yeah thats what i said a while back. there was definitely some shyt in there that has and will always have me like :dwillhuh: but overall the good of the movie overcomes that and averages out to an enjoyable, good flick

there are some people that will hate on something cause its popular but thats with everything so it is what it is

Batman fighting crime for what was it....1-2 years only to retire for 8 years because Rachel died. It undermined the entire character, and trilogy.

Bruce indirectly admitting to "Robin", a complete stranger, that he's Batman.

The "let's send most of the cops underground" shyt. Laughably bad writing.

Bane dying to Catwoman on a fukking motorcycle.

Bruce getting his back broken then recovering by doing pull ups on a rope or whatever stupid shyt that was.

Bruce faking Batman's death, and disappearing at the same time, which alone is :what: enough....then reappearing half way around the world on some :youngsabo: shyt, as if nobody would recognize him. Imagine if Bill Gates tried to do that.

I could do this for a ton of other shyt.

The movie was terrible. I don't know how the fukk anybody can watch "The Dark Knight", then this movie, and not laugh at the fall off in quality.

And no, none of the guys in here criticizing "TDKR" hate on popular shyt. So toss that argument out the window. This is what I'm talking about though....people like you aren't even willing to entertain the thought that there's people that legit don't like the movie, there has to be some weird ulterior motive. Again, this is why people didn't openly criticize it. They didn't want to deal with the bullshyt.

Fred.

I aint like that either, it was kinda weak....... but to be honest I aint think of none of that shyt you typed while watching, I was too busy enjoying the action... I'm not analytical with movies, I dont expect everything to always be realistic and make sense, even if I noticed all of those things, the good outweighed the bad.. :manny:

TDKR easily

It at least had a dope villain, up until talia shows up. And both fights between bats/bane were

IM3 was just so awful, it boggles my mind :mindblown:

TDKR has story issues, that one fight scene that some dude is far from Batman but still falls down and bad acting in one death scene but that's it really. Everything else is fantastic.

I was originally gonna give it to TDKR off the strength off Bane's(the only good thing about that movie, even if he was a Joker retread/stand in) qoutables, but then I remembered that The "Mandarin" had some good ones as well, "There's just one lesson left, President Ellis. So run away, hide, kiss your children goodbye. Because nothing, not your army, not your red, white and blue attack dog can save you" :whoo:. Those lessons were :wow:.

Both barely had their protagonists in their costumes, Batman doesn't do anything until an hour in and then disappears for another :snoop: Iron Man 3 at least tried to make the point that Stark is Iron Man and gave you more Stark and a more interesting hero, whilst Rises gave you a more interesting villain :patrice:

Both had bland climaxes mixed with twists, the mandarin one was better as it wasn't predictable:yeshrug:. Both just wont as "epic" as they could and should have been :manny:.
