Are y'all REALY sure about that?

Why would you need/want higher education or older people flipping them burgers over younger, dumber people even if you're paying them more? As a guy who has worked a lot of low wage jobs in retail and food services I know there's a reason they like to have low ambition and dumber people working those jobs.
