Finally saw this over the weekend. It was OK.

My issues:
The movie had a shyt ton of plot holes.
They really dropped the ball with Waltz as Blofeld. He was not nearly as grand as Ernst Stavros Blofeld is supposed to be.
They also wasted Monica Belluci; you get her as a Bond Girl finally and the best they can do is a grief stricken booty call?
The romantic storyline with Bond and Madeline Swann was unconvincing and poorly depicted.
Moneypenny was not used properly.
Still not a fan of Ralph Fiennes as M.
That Sam Smith song was ass cheeks.

Agree with all of this except for the Sam Smith song. That shyt is hot. I think people are slamming it just because it's a dude singing in falsetto. I really can't understand any other reason why someone wouldn't like that song.

I actually like Sam Smith as a singer (was down with him when he was just doing guest vocals on Disclosure and Naughtyboy songs) but that Bond song was not the business.

OK, now I'm curious about your top 3-5 Bond songs.

Here's mine:

1. Nobody Does It Better
2. Golden Eye
3. Live and Let Die
4. Goldfinger
5. View to a Kill

Anyone who liked this assfest of a movie-go kill yourself.

This was a pisspoor film every way you look at it. Daniel Craig...stale, no charisma, and just unlikeable as a whole. The main chick....blah. The villain was pathetic.

Bond blew up an entire complex by shooting a tiny gas meter or whatver the fukk it was. The whole damn thing just exploded. You would think if something was that volatile, you would at least enclose it, instead of having it out on the open so Bond could shoot it.

And when the villain tried to get away in his helicopter, he was being chased by Bond, on a speedboat, shooting a little PP7. And Bond managed to follow him and shoot him down. Scene reminded me of that Simpsons episode where they were watching the boat version of Night Rider, and there was always an inlet anytime they were chasing a car.

shyt made no sense.

Yup. If she's supposed to be the new vesper that shyt wasn't earned at all

That's my biggest issue was no damn development he met her fell in love the end :mindblown:

Should of introduced her in beginning if they wanted her to be that kind of love interest

I still enjoyed it just not that aspect of it tho

Yo on the subject of music, bring back David Arnold. I was cool with what Thomas Newman did on skyfall but his spectre score missed me. Ironically, it's a flick that called for a more classic bond score, in the vein of what Arnold has been doing since 97.
