This particular situation may be caused by weather and peak demand but these airlines operate like scumbags regularly
From overselling seats to having you sit on the tarmac for hours knowing the flight will be cancelled regardless. just horrible customer experience

The pilots showed up, however they had to get on the intercom and ask numerous times if there any available flight attendants in the terminal. I’ve never seen anything like this and this went on for about an hour.

I've flown Southwest ONCE and it was this year for 420 to Denver

I will NEVER fly Southwest Airlines again. JetBlue is the absolute minimum.

Just flew into BWI from MSY....I didnt see no mass of herds there but at baggage claim I did see beacoup bags at the baggage claim. Also I seent massive cancellations. One which was San Antonio to BWI. I was gonna spend Xmas there, instead of NO . But, Southwest was slow as hell moving forward man. I got there at 2AM for 5:50pm and they didnt open up til 3:48am and then TSA is TSA.

SWA is garbage, just terrible on every front, mediocre flying experience.
