Fight or flight. No kung fu classes in the world can give him heart. The advice you guys are giving will def get the little homie smoked. Just transfer him to a better school district and let him play his position. He sounds like a good kid but unfortunately we live in a cold world were everyone plays for keeps. I would be concerned with him trying to fit in and overcompensate by being a doja. Those are the kids that get exposed quick and x out the game for stepping into a world they're not built for.
