Hairline updates?

We need before and after pics

I've been using magic shave every 5-6 days to remain bald.

My knees wouldn't handle that amount of pressure. Only reason I've been able to play soccer consistently is because we play on soft turf so that landing isn't like asphalt or concrete.

I think if I alternate between running outside on the street, some days on a high school track and treadmill I'm not going to destroy my knees.

What are your results so far fam?

That 10km run:sadcam:

Right now im still "conditioning". Practicing running, doing sit ups.

As far as the results, I haven't noticed any body changes but I haven't been looking for them. The exercises are just getting easier by themselves and all together.

Still figuring out good ways or better ways to get things done.

Ive done the 100 pushups then the squats then the situps. I've done 50 pushups, then 50 squats then 50 situps then did the second set of 50.
Ive done 33/33/34 and 25x4. I've done them before the run and after.

I'm still getting my body used to the load. Especially running I just haven't ran for so long. I ride all the time, jump rope for 30 an hour non stop. But I hadn't ran for the sake of running.

Once I start the challenge I'm gonna do a before pic

Damn, this dude has done 60 days. He plateau'd then changed the formula to keep getting results, :manny: that's the way you do it.

In his second video he said he stopped running everyday and was gonna add weight training.

shyt seeing it from his perspective it looks like a lot. I'm gonna try my way while definitely monitoring his videos and taking into consideration his advice.

Ran 6.2 this morning, outside. No struggles. I'm not going to run tomorrow but hit the treadmill Wednesday and see how it feels. Then take Thursday off from running and try Friday outside and see how that feels.

Watched a CT fletcher video

Scared the shyt out of me. At the very very beginning of the video he says "I used to do 100 pushups easily, now I can't do 1."

I don't want to end up like that.

watching this shyt makes u not want to work out

It makes me want to work out to take advantage of my youth, and the ability and the opportunity I have while I have it.

Hard to believe that dudes gonna be 60. But I don't want to be 60 flabby and sick, never amounted to nothing, never have pushed myself physically or never took care of myself.

I work with people everyday who call 911 "I fell and I can't get up", shyt I got coworkers in their 40's and early 50's limping around barely mobile and shyt.

I dont want that for me.

he went overboard tho

can't do 1 pushup and worked himself to death

dudes gotta learn how to moderate properly instead of killing themselves just to stunt

Just got off the treadmill. The running is getting a lot easier. I don't know if it's because I took yesterday off from running or what.

The front of my right calf got tight and caused minimal discomfort. So I stopped at 2 miles, rubbed some perform (by the makers of biofreeze) on it and kept going.

My left leg is Gucci. Last week during a run my left leg locked up and I was limping all day cause I pushed on, now it's strong (able to take the load without any discomfort)

I'm keeping my pace in 10 minute miles. So I'm running for an hour then I usually kick it up to 8 minute miles and I'm finishing the run in under 01:05:00

It gets easier with time (and recovery)

My goal is to run maybe 4-5 6.2's in about 1hr. Because I'm comfortable at that pace, then see about increasing the time...maybe I can get it down to 55 minutes...I think that load will be too much. I'm not racing so there's no reason to strive to get a low ass time.

My concern is if the strain or the load on my legs will be too much and I'll need to alternate days or whether I can continue to run at a light pace and run everyday. I really have no idea, but I'm going to listen my body.

The mental aspect really comes in to play, but seeing results, feeling results, not getting tired at a point where you've gotten tired before, less cramps and aches, better times, is a confidence booster.

New run record. Finished 6.2 miles in a little over 57 minutes. Treadmill though. I had to increase the speed. I usually run at 10:00 miles but my stride has increased so I was able to keep pace at around 9min 30 seconds. I did bumper it up for a minute or two to see how long I could keep a comfortable sprint maybe somewhere in the 8:45 range but that's not sustainable.

I feel good. My legs don't get tired during the runs at all anymore. It was supposed to be sunny and dry all weekend now that the weekend is here it's supposed to rain all weekend. So I don't know if I'm running outside tomorrow.

The treadmill gets boring just watching the clock tick down. I don't watch TV or listen to music so maybe making a Playlist or something would help. I just don't want to be playing dj while running. Running on the treadmill the milestones are every mile, quarter mile and half mile or every 30 mins, 10 mins, 5 mins, ,etc. At least running outside you can pinpoint a light pile or a house and next thing you know you're passing it by.

The sit up are good but now I feel like my tailbone is protruding or bruised or something. No pain, just discomfort like it's swollen or sticking out, protruding. I don't know what that's about. I'll just keep doing them with a yoga mat cause the floor or carpet hurts like hell. Even when I sit in my car I feel like I'm sitting on my tailbone.

I'm black. We had braids, dreads, fros and locs and proudly rocked bald heads while other ethnicities were still getting killed by predators cause they couldn't figure out how to keep their hair out of their eyes. I'll be fine.

I don't usually even count rides like this, but work is work. My body is exhausted from running 6.2 miles a day and riding long distances, plus 100 pushups, squats and situps.

It was too nice to just sleep the day away so I rode the path I usually run.

Ive been doing what I can to train my body. It's just tired.

Instead of just pounding through the pushups and squats I've added a little more at least twice a week

Pike pushups for shoulders (these have been sapping my energy)

Triceps pushups. No chest all Triceps.

Standard pushups with feet on a balance ball
Diamond pushups with feet on balance ball

Situps.
Been trying some bicycles and lifted leg extensions

Single leg lunges and squats.
