Sony Screwing Over Their Fans Once Again

None of us is sitting at the board meetings and collecting a check from this.

Theres no reason to shyt on people for trying to get rid of these shytty decisions. Especially when other companies just as big or bigger than sony arent doing this.

Microsoft, EA, CD project red, have all said that they arent charging for next generation upgrades.

It's not a shyt decision, it's a business decision. You only think it's bad because it doesnt benefit you. Sony offering a game they invested in for free is a bad business move and doesnt benefit them whatsoever. You dont spend money upgrading a game just to offer it for free to a vast amount of consumers.

As for the other companies doing it, you gotta remember spiderman came out 2 years ago. Companies like EA are doing this to convince consumers to buy current and upcoming releases on current gen. It isnt some utilitarian move.

The games getting free upgrades are new games most that haven't come out yet. Valhalla, COD, That's different than a 2 or 3 year old game. How many 3 year old games will be getting free upgrades that will be on par with spiderman?

Other than The Witcher. But whether or not it's upgrades will be on par to the spiderman remaster I'm not sure.

fakkitry. Watch them remaster Horizon as well before the sequel. I knew they were gonna do this shyt when Spider-Man and Horizon weren’t on the PS Plus Collection. The backwards compat version better be the PS4 Pro version and not the base PS4 one.
