Yeah I agree. It's like by the time they fix launch supply chain issues and actually build up a decent library of next gen games, they're talking about the generation being over.

I’ve skipped this entire gen of consoles since fatherhood takes up a ton of free time.

With Xbox cutting exclusives out don’t be surprised if Sony and MS get together to co-release a console together to corner the entire video game market.

I've gone backwards more into retro gaming now. Until innovation trumps graphics/map size, I'm pretty much all set with my Switch, PS4 and older consoles

lol. The PS2 released in 2000. The PS3 released in 2006. It wasn’t really until 2008 when you can feel the transition from console to console.
